Principal’s Message:
Quote of the Week:
"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." -John F. Kennedy
Arline Siam - Interim Principal
Thank you to all the parent volunteers that have helped at lunch times this month. It makes a big impact when we have caring adults on campus that can help look after all the students.
I hope to see many parents at this week’s PTA General Meeting on Thursday night and at the Principal’s coffee on Friday morning. The topic of the coffee will be to discuss the future growth in our school district.
Since next week is a short week, we will not have a school newsletter. I hope everyone enjoys the Thanksgiving break with their families!

We don’t want your child to fall behind in school and get discouraged. Please ensure that your child attends school every day and arrives on time. Here are a few practical tips to help support regular attendance:
-
Make sure your children keep a regular bedtime and establish a morning routine.
-
Lay out clothes and pack backpacks the night before.
-
Ensure your children go to school every day unless they are truly sick
-
Avoid scheduling vacations or doctor’s appointments when school is in session.
-
Talk to teachers and counselors for advice if your children feel anxious about going to school.
-
Develop back up plans for getting to school if something comes up. Call on a family member, neighbor, or another parent to take your child to school.
