Imai Gazette 11/29/23

Principal’s Message:

Dear Imai Families,

We have parent/teacher conferences next week so please don’t forget to sign up with your child’s teacher. These conferences provide an opportunity for parents and guardians to connect with the teacher and discuss the child’s academic progress, social development, and overall performance in school.

Here are five reasons why parent-teacher conferences are essential:

  1. Understanding your child’s strengths and weaknesses
  2. Building a positive relationship between families and teachers
  3. Encouraging parent involvement
  4. Addressing concerns and issues
  5. Developing a plan for academic success

We continue to have issues with unsafe driving in the drop off line as well as at the front of the school. Parents please remember that this is a school zone and we need you to slow down, pay attention to your surroundings and be cautious when dropping off or picking up your child. We have had multiple near misses both in the parking lot as well as in the crosswalks. Student safety is our number one priority so please remember to be cautious while driving near our school.
