Imai Gazette 03/27/24

Principal’s Message:

Dear Imai Families,

Thank you to everyone that came to Open House! We had a wonderful turnout. This past Monday our teachers used  the day to look at data and plan next steps for the upcoming months. The upper grade teachers are getting ready for CAASPP (state testing) and ensuring your child is ready for the tests. Lower grades looked at their informative assessments to plan instruction for the next RTI (response to intervention) cycle for the STEAM rotations.

This is the last week for Women’s History Month and we have continued to learn about their contribution to history and culture. Room 12 is finishing off the daily morning announcements by reading the influential women of the day.

Parent Homework (grades 3-5)

Letters of Encouragement for your child during the CAASPP testing period. DUE: before April 15.

Have a wonderful rest of the week.

Arline Siam

Principal

Sustainable food choices can both help us eat healthy and have a positive impact on the environment. Sustainable eating means choosing foods that are produced by practices that are the least harmful and the most beneficial to the environment.
